Body Burn and Express at All Levels

We bring you HIIT, also known as high-intensity interval training. The movements and structures of the workouts will change daily, depending on the individual trainer. They will include a range of movements and training styles, with a focus on weights, high cardio, high reps, and quick repetitions. It’s a full-body workout designed to get your heart pumping, with maximum calorie burn, fat loss, and cardiovascular conditioning.

Core at All Levels

Get ready to target, tone, and hone your core. It’s a great way to build core strength and stability. You’ll work your back, abs, and obliques to develop a rock-solid core. If you’re looking for a class that can help improve your posture and alleviate lower back pain, then Core is the perfect choice for you.

Dynamic Dozen

Are you ready to take on the Dynamic Dozen? You’ll be working the whole body with weights, cardio, and bodyweight exercises as you push yourself through a dynamic full-body workout using various training methods. The Dynamic Dozen workout is fast-paced, fun, and will get your heart racing and your blood pumping as you burn tons of calories.

Kettleburn at All Levels

Love handles? Our kettlebell session will supercharge your fitness and boost your strength. By incorporating full-body functional movements and using both kettlebells and body weight, you’ll engage multiple muscle groups in this full-body workout.

You’ll feel fantastic and energized after this session!

Combat-Fit at All Levels

Combat-Fit is a cardio class inspired by martial arts, where you can punch, kick, and strike your way through a total body workout to motivating music. Expect to burn lots of calories during this stationary trainer-led session and feel great while you’re doing it!

Resistance at All Levels

(Some exercises more challenging)

The ultimate lower/upper body workout. Our resistance classes are designed for optimum calorie burn. This workout combines weights and reps to improve your strength and flexibility while building lean muscle, giving you an overall toned appearance.

Bootcamp at All Levels

(Some exercises more challenging)

This workout promises results and is more intense than our average group class. Battle your way through this workout using weights and other equipment such as the assault bike/runner, ski-erg, ropes, tires, barrels, and power bags to engage your entire body. Dragon Fitness Bootcamp will enhance your strength and fitness with a no-nonsense approach and a touch of tough love.

Dragon Bootcamp – Intermediate to Advanced

It certainly incorporates tough love and a no-nonsense approach to keep you working hard and pushing to the max.

Please note that Dragon Bootcamps may involve running around the block. If you prefer not to participate in running, please inform the coach so that they can provide you with an alternative indoor exercise.

Saturday mornings – 1 Hour

Lifted – Intermediate to Advanced

Expect to perform compound movements using our Olympic lifting bars, such as the Bench Press, Deadlifts, and Squats. Lifted can help you burn fat and achieve a lean, sculpted body.

We’re here to challenge you and assist you in progressing. Each week, you’ll focus on 1-2 compound lifts over a four-week cycle that starts at the beginning of each month. Overall, Lifted is an excellent strength session.
