As part of our team, you’ll be responsible for planning and delivering engaging small group sessions. With an initial workload of 4 sessions per week, there’s potential for even more as additional cover or as our community grows. **Who We’re Looking For:**
The ideal candidate is someone who’s not only qualified (L2 Fitness instructor or L3 PT) but also brings a spark of energy to every session. If you’re fun, friendly, and passionate about fitness, and you can put our awesome members first then you’ll fit right in. He started his journey at 14 stone 8 lbs and today he’s down to 12 stone 🙌 Craig signed up for a 6-week challenge in September 2023 to support his friend and in the process, he’s fallen in love with this new lifestyle! 💪🧡 Craig lives in the fast lane works hard and parties harder but that used to included lots of poor nutrition choices, lots of takeaways and very little to no exercise.
Craig wanted to change his routine and create a healthier and sustainable lifestyle….and of course look his best for his holiday. We educated him around making better choices and self-discipline, no restrictions as he still got to eat the foods he loves just in moderation. His fitness and strength levels have skyrocketed and he tells how much more energy he now has.
