So there’s no need to arrange childcare.
They can sleep or play in the baby area.
You are welcome bring your own toys to keep them entertained while you work out.

But here’s something to think about: while we stress over what we eat between Christmas and New Year’s, it’s what we eat between New Year’s and Christmas that truly matters! 🥗🍎 📅 As 2025 kicks off with a “WTF” moment (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, of course 😉), don’t let that set the tone for the year ahead. It’s NOT a write-off—it’s the perfect time to make positive, lasting changes. 🌟 💡 Here’s the plan:
✅ Focus on simple, sustainable habits—ones you can stick with for the long haul.
✅ Don’t swear off your favorite foods completely. 🚫🍕 Cutting them out might work for a while, but it’s hard to keep up long term (and let’s face it, life’s too short to never eat chocolate 🍫 again!).
