The weather was absolutely stunning, the views were incredible, and the day was filled with loads of fun, laughter, and team spirit.☀️💪🏼 It was the perfect warm up adventure as we get ready to take on the Yorkshire 3 Peaks challenge in just two weeks’ time!

Dragon Fitness Takes on the 3 Yorkshire Peaks!
Sunday 11th May | Supporting The Alzheimer’s Society On Sunday 11th May, a determined team from Dragon Fitness will be lacing up their boots and taking on the Three Yorkshire Peaks Challenge — climbing Pen-y-Ghent, Whernside, and Ingleborough — all within a tough 12-hour time frame. We’re doing this not just for the adventure, but for a cause incredibly close to many of our hearts: The Alzheimer’s Society.
This incredible charity is working towards a world where dementia no longer devastates lives. They provide vital help to those living with dementia today, while also funding groundbreaking research to bring hope for tomorrow. We would be so grateful for your support — whether it’s a donation, a share, or a cheer from afar. Every step we take is for the families, friends, and loved ones impacted by dementia. Let’s climb for a future free from dementia.
